W2 Camp Knife

The classic camp knife with beauty to boot!!!
8” of w2 high carbon tool steel, then traditionally clayed to get a beautiful hamon. Meaning it has a hard tough edge with some spring in the spine. Polished really nicely to get little cloudy wisps that add so much character. The tang is tapered to take a little weight out and give a good balance. The handle!!!! OH MY GOODNESS, the handle. This is a multi piece setup made from ancient bog oak, curly maple, vintage micarta and a stunner spacer of mammoth ivory. This one will come with a custom leather sheath.
